General Terms for suppliers
By accepting and executing this transport order (the “Shipping Order”), the Carrier and/or Forwarder (“Carrier”) fully agrees to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms apply to all transports performed on behalf of Natus Transport AB unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Insurance
The Carrier performing the transport must hold a valid CMR liability insurance covering a minimum amount of EUR 500,000 per claim.
Proof of valid insurance shall be provided upon request. The Carrier is fully responsible for ensuring that the insurance is valid for the entire duration of the transport.
- Licenses, Permits and Legal Compliance
The Carrier is solely and fully responsible for holding all licenses, permits, approvals and authorisations required to perform the transport, including but not limited to:
- Transport permits
- Community licences
- Driver documentation
- Vehicle approvals
Lack of any required permit or authorisation does not relieve the Carrier from liability.
- Drivers and Load Securing
The Carrier guarantees that:
- All drivers assigned to the transport are properly trained in load securing
- All cargo is secured in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards
- The Carrier bears full responsibility for any damage caused by insufficient or incorrect load securing
- Code of Conduct and Professional Behaviour
All drivers must:
- Comply with Natus Transport AB’s Code of Conduct, found at: https://www.natus.se/code-of-conduct/
- Act in a professional, respectful and lawful manner at all times
- Follow instructions given at loading and unloading locations
Unprofessional behaviour may be considered a material breach of this agreement.
- Applicable Conditions – NSAB 2000
All assignments are performed under NSAB 2000, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
- Liability for Damage
The Carrier that accepts this Shipping Order is fully responsible for all loss, damage or delay occurring to the goods during the transport.
All damages shall:
- Be handled promptly and professionally
- Be reported without delay
- Be compensated in accordance with the CMR Convention
- Proof of Delivery (POD / Signed CMR)
A signed CMR or delivery confirmation (POD) must be sent within 48 hours after unloading to:

If the signed CMR or POD is not received:
- A penalty of EUR 25 will be charged 5 days after unloading
- An additional EUR 25 will be charged every 5 days thereafter
- Penalties will continue until the signed CMR or POD is received
- Invoicing
Invoices must be sent to:
Invoice@natus.se
Requirements:
- A signed CMR or delivery confirmation must always be attached to the invoice
or sent separately to POD@natus.se
- Invoices without proper documentation will not be approved
- Payment Terms
The agreed credit period starts only once:
- A signed CMR or delivery confirmation has been received by email at POD@natus.se
Payment will be made strictly according to the agreed credit terms, calculated from the date the signed documentation is received.
- No Additional Charges
We do not accept:
- Late payment fees
- Collection fees
- Invoice fees
- Interest charges
- Any additional costs of any kind
The approved invoice amount shall be exactly the amount stated in this Shipping Order.
- ADR / Dangerous Goods
If the shipment includes ADR / dangerous goods, the Carrier is fully responsible for:
- Correct handling and transport in accordance with ADR regulations
- Holding all required permits, approvals and training
- Ensuring correct loading and documentation
If penalties, fines or costs arise due to:
- Missing permits
- Incorrect handling
- Incorrect loading
All such costs will be borne entirely by the Carrier.
If Natus Transport AB is forced to:
- Replace the vehicle
- Take over the transport
- Arrange alternative transport
All additional costs incurred plus a surcharge of 10% will be invoiced to the Carrier.
- Acceptance
Acceptance and execution of the Shipping Order or E-mail order constitutes full acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
