1. Purpose and Scope

This Code of Conduct defines the principles, standards and expectations that apply to all employees, managers, consultants, drivers, subcontractors and business partners acting on behalf of Natus Transport AB.

The purpose of this Code is to ensure that all operations are conducted in a professional, ethical, lawful and responsible manner, reflecting our commitment to quality, safety, compliance and long-term business relationships.

This Code applies to all transport, logistics and forwarding activities performed under the name of Natus Transport AB.

2. Legal Compliance

All individuals and partners representing Natus Transport AB shall: – Comply with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations – Follow transport-specific regulations including, but not limited to: – Road transport legislation – CMR Convention – ADR regulations (where applicable) – Customs, tax and trade compliance rules

Non-compliance with applicable laws may result in immediate termination of cooperation.

3. Professional Conduct

All representatives of Natus Transport AB shall: – Act in a professional, honest and respectful manner at all times – Treat customers, partners, authorities and colleagues with respect – Communicate clearly, accurately and in good faith – Avoid any behaviour that could damage the reputation of Natus Transport AB

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation or unprofessional behaviour will not be tolerated.

4. Integrity and Ethical Business Practices

Natus Transport AB operates with zero tolerance for corruption.

All representatives shall: – Not offer, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper advantages – Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts immediately – Conduct business decisions based solely on merit, quality, safety and commercial terms

Gifts or hospitality may only be accepted if modest, transparent and compliant with applicable laws.

5. Safety and Security

Safety is a core value of Natus Transport AB.

All parties shall: – Prioritise the safety of people, cargo and equipment – Follow all applicable safety procedures and instructions – Ensure vehicles, equipment and cargo securing meet legal and industry standards – Immediately report incidents, accidents or near-misses

No assignment shall be performed if safety cannot be ensured.

6. Drivers and Transport Operations

Drivers performing transport on behalf of Natus Transport AB shall: – Hold valid driving licences and required professional qualifications – Be trained in load securing and applicable transport regulations – Follow instructions at loading and unloading locations – Observe driving and rest time regulations strictly – Act professionally at customer sites and terminals

Alcohol, drugs or any other substance impairing performance are strictly prohibited.

7. ADR and Dangerous Goods

When transporting ADR / dangerous goods, all applicable regulations must be strictly followed.

This includes: – Proper training and certification – Correct vehicle approvals and equipment – Accurate documentation and labelling

Failure to comply with ADR regulations is considered a serious breach of this Code.

8. Environmental Responsibility

Natus Transport AB strives to minimise environmental impact.

All parties shall: – Operate vehicles efficiently to reduce emissions – Avoid unnecessary idling and waste – Handle fuel, chemicals and waste responsibly – Support environmentally responsible transport solutions where possible

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All business information, customer data and operational details shall be treated as confidential.

Representatives shall: – Protect confidential and sensitive information – Comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable) – Not disclose information to unauthorised parties

This obligation continues even after termination of cooperation.

10. Reporting Concerns and Violations

Any suspected violation of this Code, applicable laws or contractual obligations shall be reported without delay.

Reports may be made to: – Management of Natus Transport AB – The designated contact person for the assignment

No retaliation will be tolerated against individuals who report concerns in good faith.

11. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in: – Corrective actions – Suspension of assignments – Termination of employment or cooperation – Claims for damages or reporting to authorities where required

12. Acceptance

All employees, subcontractors and business partners are expected to acknowledge and comply with this Code of Conduct.

Compliance with this Code is a condition for working with and on behalf of Natus Transport AB.
